FOUNDER
Ananya is an 11th grader from Mayo College Girls' School. She founded this organisation as she strongly believes that financial independence plays a major role in women empowerment and hopes to help bridge the gender gap in India by providing women with opportunities as well as skill training to empower them economically.

HEAD OF RELATIONS AND COMMUNICATION
Ritu is an extraordinary artist and an active member of charitable organisations. She strongly believes in the power of women and that empowerment begins first at home. Her creativity and artistic skills are an asset to the team.
