The Tribe Project aims to bridge the gender gap by providing women with opportunities to empower them socially and economically.  This project is based in  Amtal, a mining village in the Dhanbad district of Jharkhand . It was started with the mission to provide monetary support to underprivileged village women through craftwork .To help create economic stability for women and their communities by providing skill training and a workspace to produce handmade  products. Our goal is to help the women become self-reliant and have a source of income. In the process, they will not only leverage their financial security but also contribute in strengthening their family’s finances.
